I have lived in the area since 1955. I am now retired and have been a Councillor  since 1997. I became a councillor because I wanted to rectify the in balance Tadley has, in that although it is 10% of the population of Basingstoke and Dean Borough it has less than 10% of the facilities and the residents in Tadley pay council tax plus a parish tax. I also think that politics should be kept out of local government.

My interests as a Councillor are: Recreation and Leisure and Finance and General Purposes. I serve as a Trustee of Tadley Swimming Pool .

My hobbies are teaching swimming, lifesaving, scouting and skiing.
